1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At PhoneTrendz, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and affordably across India.
Currently, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes, military or restricted areas.

Our goal is to make sure every product—whether it’s a phone cover, charger cover, phone stand, or gaming remote—reaches you in perfect condition and on time.

• Delivery Across India:
  We ship to almost all pin codes that our courier partners cover.
  Delivery charges (if any) are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight.

• International Orders:
  At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

• Processing Time:
  All orders placed from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
  Delays may occur in rare cases such as payment authorization issues, courier restrictions, or unforeseen logistics challenges.

• Shipping Options:
  Standard Delivery (Default):
  – Delivery within 4–7 working days after dispatch.
  

  Express Delivery (Optional):
  – Delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  – Charges will be displayed at checkout if available for your pin code.

• Tracking Your Order:
  Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details.
  You can track your shipment using the tracking ID on our courier partner’s website.

• Missed Delivery:
  If no one is available to receive the package, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery.
  In case of repeated failed attempts, additional re-delivery charges may apply.
  Please provide an active phone number at checkout so the courier can contact you if required.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

• All prices listed on PhoneTrendz.in are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes (GST).

• There are no additional duties or tariffs for deliveries within India.

• If we start international shipping in the future, any import duties or taxes will be the buyer’s responsibility as per the destination country’s regulations.
