1. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. To make this process simple and transparent, we have set the following cancellation guidelines:
Timeframe for Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by sending us an email at support@phonetrendz.in with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.Orders Already Shipped:
Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refuse delivery upon arrival, but shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded.Custom/Personalized Orders:
If you have ordered a customized or personalized product (for example, a custom-printed phone cover), cancellation is not allowed once production has started.Multiple or Bulk Orders:
For bulk orders, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.PhoneTrendz Right to Cancel:
PhoneTrendz reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
2. Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you qualify for a refund, please read the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable only:If your order is successfully cancelled within the allowed time.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, and you report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Refund Method:
All approved refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).Processing Time:
After we confirm the refund, it will be processed within 5–7 working days. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take a few extra days for the amount to reflect in your account.Shipping Charges:
If shipping charges were paid at the time of order, they are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to a mistake or issue from our side.Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable):
If your order was paid through COD, we will contact you for your bank account details to process the refund through NEFT/IMPS.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, email us at support@phonetrendz.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos as proof.
After verification, we will offer either a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@phonetrendz.in with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation/refund.
Attach clear photos or videos (for damaged/defective products).
Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
5. Important Notes
PhoneTrendz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of misuse, intentional damage, or tampering.
Refunds are not provided for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns).
