📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At PhoneTrendz, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.
While we take the utmost care in checking every order before dispatch, we understand that issues may sometimes occur.
Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before initiating a request.
1️⃣ General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Original Packaging:
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and protective covers intact.Unused & Undamaged:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.Phone covers/chargers/stands must not have scratches, dents, or signs of use.
Electronic items (e.g., gaming remotes) must not be tampered with or show signs of damage.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid order invoice or receipt is required for all returns or exchange requests.Purchase Source:
The item must have been purchased directly from www.phonetrendz.in. Products bought from third-party sellers or marketplaces are not eligible.
❗ If these conditions are not met, PhoneTrendz reserves the right to deny the return or exchange, even if the product has been mailed back to us.
2️⃣ Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Products sold as “Final Sale” or under special clearance discounts.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear & tear.
Customized or personalized items.
Any item returned after the valid time frame.
3️⃣ Validity Period for Requests
For orders within India, all return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
Requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
4️⃣ Process for Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability):
Email us at support@phonetrendz.in with your Order ID and the reason for exchange.
Our support team will verify your request and provide a return shipping address.
Pack the product securely with all original packaging and send it back via a traceable courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the item (generally within 5 working days), we will ship the replacement product.
If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will issue a Store Credit equal to the product value.
5️⃣ Process for Returns & Refunds
Email support@phonetrendz.in with your Order ID and attach photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
After verification, we will confirm whether the return is approved.
Send the item back to our warehouse using a reliable and trackable courier service.
Once the product passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refund Mode:
Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you to collect your bank details for a NEFT/IMPS transfer.
Shipping Charges:
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
6️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
After verification, PhoneTrendz will arrange either a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
7️⃣ Additional Terms & Conditions
Each order is eligible for one-time return or exchange only.
Products must be returned through a traceable shipping method; we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
This policy does not cover damage resulting from accidental drops, water exposure, or normal wear & tear.
PhoneTrendz reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request at its sole discretion.

9️⃣ Repair & Warranty Policy (if applicable)
Currently, PhoneTrendz does not offer repair services.
If a product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements.
